Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping Policy
All orders placed through Lymfiora are carefully prepared and shipped as soon as possible.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
After shipment, delivery times may vary between 3–7 business days depending on the delivery address.
When your order is shipped, shipping tracking information will be sent to you via email or SMS.
Delays in delivery times may occur during public holidays and busy periods.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is a priority for Lymfiora.
You can request a return within 14 days of the product delivery date.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Personal care products cannot be returned if they have been used or their packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons.
After the return is approved, the product price will be refunded within 7–10 business days using the same payment method.
Damaged or Defective Products
If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. A solution will be provided promptly after the necessary investigation.
